Girl Scout Troop #264 of Newtown Elementary School, under the direction of Suzanne Wray, Troop Leader, and a few parent chaperones, completed a fantastic service project last week by collecting donations for the Loaves & Fishes Food Pantry at First United Methodist Church of Fairless Hills. Along with a tour of the food pantry, the girl scouts had an opportunity to stock the pantry shelves and learn firsthand the operations of the food pantry and its importance in supporting residents of Bucks County. Great job, girls!
