Local girl scouts and their parents celebrated the 100th anniversary of the organization during an event Sunday at Council Rock High School South. The event was designed to allow them to earn a Bucks County patch.

The girls cycled through a variety of activities to earn the patch. They also brought donations for local service organizations, including the Baby Bundles program, which benefits local needy mothers and infants, and non-perishable food for local food pantries.
