The 4th Annual Newtown Township Candy Cane Hunt was again a success this year as hundreds of children ages 3 to 7 turned out to participate.

The event, held at Roberts Ridge Park, featured a visit from Santa and a chance for kids to find candy canes. The event was organized by Newtown Township Parks and Recreation.

@ Becky/Karen - How can you see this story and say that Newtown is a "yuppie haven" and an awful, offer-developed place to live. You must not like fun. This is as wholesome, small town America as it gets. Guess you preferred playing with lonely scarecrows when you were kids.

LOL
What? Don't you have anything better to do with your time? I didn't even comment on this. Wow, you might need to think about getting a life. Have a great holiday and by the way, is there something wrong with "lonely scarecrows"? Also you might want to proof your comments before you post them. You continuously make errors. Not sure what "offer-developed place" means. :)
