2. The Newtown Borough Council will meet for its regular monthly tonight at 7 p.m. at the Chancellor Center. During the meeting, new council member Charles Machion will be sworn in.

3. Pennsylvania System of School Assessment (PSSA) testing continues today for some Council Rock School District students. Students in grades three through eight and eleventh will take the PSSAs during the month of March.
