Moneyball (PG-13): Real fans of baseball – the stats junkies – will love this story about how those Swingin’ A’s used more math than money to build a winning team.

The Ides of March (R): An idealistic campaign worker learns the dirty truth about politics. With the presidential primary season in full swing, the timing is right for this one.

Dolphin Tale (PG): A misfit kid finds his place when he helps a dolphin that’s lost its tail. Quirk cast includes Harry Connick, Jr., Morgan Freeman, Ashley Judd and Kris Kristofferson. Yes, Kristofferson is apparently still around.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes (PG-13): Somehow, these movies just aren’t the same without Roddy McDowall.

Abduction (PG-13): Here’s the description, straight from RedBox – “While looking at a website with pictures of missing or abducted children, teenager Nathan realizes that he is one of the subjects.” That’s enough to freak out anyone.
