Newtown Bookshop Reopens Today
The store, which recently closed its doors, is now open again in the same shopping center under new ownership.
The new Newtown Bookshop is now open. Owner Kathy Morrison is celebrating the shop's grand opening today.
The store, which recently closed its doors, has opened again in the same shopping center under new ownership.
Morrison, a former employee of the shop, purchased the business from previous owner Christine Godshall.
The new location, which is smaller in square footage, is on the other side of the Learning Express.
An announcement posted on the shop's website said: "Come in and show your support for your local, independent bookshop located just two storefronts down from the previous location. Right in the corner of the Pier One shopping center, we have more windows and a great layout to browse and select a book or a specialty item. Come early and come often!"

On the top right you see [inc_hor_nav.htm]. There is probably supposed to be a horizantal navigation bar, or this is a leftover from some editing.
