Unfortunately almost no trick-or-treaters came to North State Street, even though we were armed and ready with candy! Does anyone know why?

Perhaps the snow - and a few downed trees - kept a lot of kids from venturing beyond their immediate neighborhoods. Not everyone's sidewalk was clear.
