Someone attempted to burglarize OwowCow Creamery in the Carousel Village sometime Tuesday into Wednesday, Newtown Township Police said.

According to police, an employee of OwowCow called them shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday to report that someone had attemped to enter the store overnight.

When police arrived, the employee explained to officers that base of one of the glass doors had been broken. However, no entry was gained into the building and nothing was taken, police said.

Police said they plan to increase patrols in that area.
