Readers' Choice: Best 'Staycation'

Where's the best place in the area for a day of family fun?

It's Saturday and you want to forget about your stresses at the office or your to-do list at home. Where do you go?

In this week's Readers' Choice poll, we're asking you to vote for your favorite 'staycation' -- a place nearby where you can have some fun without getting on a plane and spending loads of cash.

When you want to unwind, do you take the family out for a day at a theme park like Sesame Place? Maybe you're a nature lover and your ideal Saturday is spent tubing down the Delaware River or stopping by Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve.

For the history lovers, there's plenty to do in the area, like an outing to the Mercer Museum or a visit to Washington Crossing Historic Park. Or perhaps you'll spend the day wine tasting on the Bucks County Wine Trail and visit local winerires like Rose Bank and Crossing Vineyards.

Voting ends at 9 a.m. Friday and the winning destination will be featured later that day on Patch. If you don't see your preferred 'staycation' listed, be sure to note it in the comments!
