Toll Brothers Takes Over Delancey Court
The development, located on Durham Road, was started by McGrath but will be finished by Toll Brothers
Toll Brothers has taken over the completion of a Newtown Township age-restricted housing development off Route 413.
Toll Brothers flags now line the entry into the Delancey Court community. Delancey Court was started by McGrath but in recent years, construction has halted.
According to a report published by the Courier Times, Toll Brothers has purchased 66 unfinished lots at the site. There are already 48 townhouses finished and occupied.
Toll Brothers offers the following description of the community on its website: "Delancey Court is a quaint enclave of 66 luxurious carriage homes in historic Newtown, Bucks County, PA, offering residents resort-style living for active adults, age 55 and better. The low-maintenance living combined with a superb location allows homeowners to live the life they deserve."
The site says amenities include a clubhouse with state-of-the-art fitness center with indoor and outdoor pools, tennis court, lounge room and a library.
