Newtown Township has been awarded a $500 Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful Greenways Mini Grant for an invasive plant removal and tree planting project at the Clark Nature Center.

And now, they’re looking for volunteers to help carry out the project.

The invasive plant removal will occur on Saturday, Nov. 12 and the tree planting will happen the next day, Sunday Nov. 13.  The work will be done both days from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
