Wrightstown Winter Mini Market To Be Held Saturday
The market will be open from 10 to 11 a.m. Pre-orders are recommended.
It's that time of the month again.
Every second Saturday during the winter months, the Bucks County Foodshed Alliance hosts a mini market so residents can continue to eat fresh, local produce.
The market will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. at the parking lot of the Wrightstown Municipal Building, 2203 Second Street Pike.
According to organizers, this week's market will have produce like fresh salad greens, root vegetables, carrots, apples, winter squash and more. There will be pastured pork and chickens, grass-fed beef and eggs, fair-trade organically roasted coffee, mushrooms, prepared foods, baked goods, nuts, applesauce, cider, goat cheese and natural pet foods. Fragrant soaps, lotions, canned salsas, fruit butters and hot sauce will also be available.
Customers should pre-order to ensure vendors bring an adequate supply.
