The Red Cross has continued to help those in need after the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. It is extremely important that we do our best to make an effort and help out the less fortunate! Millions of people have lost their
homes and their belongings. We want to help in any we can by donating anything
listed below.

-  Cleaning Supplies (Bleach etc.)

-  Clothing (Kids, Adults)
- Outerwear (Jackets, Hats, Gloves)

-  Blankets, Pillows, Sheets

-  Personal Hygiene (Toiletries)
-  Canned Food

- Female Sanitary Products

- Heavy Duty Trash Bags

- Scrub Brushes/Brooms

- Children’s Toys/Activities such as coloring books, crayons, etc

- New Underwear/Socks

- Batteries

Here at Performance Spine and Sports Medicine, our staff is 100% devoted to doing our part during this tragedy. We believe that our team can make a difference and so can you! Please look over our list of products that are needed. 100% of our donations will be going to shelters and clean up crews in the Central and South Jersey area. Any little bit helps!
