Seniors Helping Seniors and Ann’s Choice is providing a free seminar entitled “Caring for Yourself as You Care for Others,” on Monday, February 20, 2012 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at The Ann’s Choice Performing Arts Center, 20000 Ann's Choice Way, Warminster, PA.
Jane Meier Hamilton, MSN, RN and author of The Caregiver’s Guide to Self-Care (Infinity 2011), will discuss why care giving is so important, yet so challenging.
