 king for a buyer for almost a year\, and talking to a number of people a
 bout carrying on the store's tradition\, reality has finally set in. It 
 is time for new challenges. Our lease is up at the end of December\, and
  we will be making best efforts to liquidate everything in the store\, i
 ncluding furniture and fixtures\, starting with a 35% discount on all me
 rchandise. In order to accomplish this\, we may stay open for a while in
  January\, but the handwriting is on the wall. Please note that all outs
 tanding Gift Certificates must be redeemed. Our sincerest thanks for a g
