Established in 1978, Newtown Athletic Club (NAC) offers many opportunities for working out. In addition to cardio machines and free weights, NAC has an indoor swimming pool, an indoor track, and group exercise classes. Individuals can work with a personal trainer to create a fitness program that helps them meet their weight loss or physical fitness goals. Group exercise classes include Pilates, yoga, step, zumba, spinning, and more. NAC has in-house child care, a day spa, and a cafe.
