Winter Weather, Local Students Participating in B101 Choir Competition

Here's a look at what's going on Monday, Dec. 9 in Newtown:

• A winter weather advisory put into place Sunday is in effect through 3 a.m. Monday. Forecasters are calling for rain and highs in the low 40s for Monday.
• The Newtown Township Board of Supervisors will have a work session meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building.
• Choirs from Council Rock North and South high schools are competing in the B101 Christmas Choir Competition this week. South will compete Monday and North on Wednesday. Click here for details.
