Aug. 18 deadline to sign up for Theater night in New Hope

Hopewell Twp. - The sisterhood and Rosh Chodesh of Har Sinai Temple  are spending an evening at the theater as a kickoff of their tentative activities for the months ahead.

          First up for both members and non- members is an Aug. 29 performance at 8 p.m. of "The Tale of the Allergist's Wife," starring Marilu Henner and Marsha Mason, at New Hope's Bucks County Playhouse. Tickets are $41 for members and $45 for non-members but must be reserved and paid in advance by calling the temple at (609) 730-8100 this week. Attendees can meet at the temple, 2421 Pennington Rd., at 6:30 p.m. or at the playhouse  at 7:30 p.m. the night of the performance. There will be optional coffee after the show.
