Christopher M. Hager Named Chair of the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia District Council

Philadelphia, PA – July 31, 2013 – Christopher M. Hager has been named chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Philadelphia District Council, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. ULI Philadelphia has about 800 members throughout eastern and central Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware.  Hager, formerly chair for Mission Advancement of ULI Philadelphia, succeeds The  Flynn Company's David M. Ricci, who served as the board’s chair for the past two years. Ricci will continue to serve ULI as chairman of ULI’s governance committee.

“The strength of ULI Philadelphia stems from quality and diversity of our membership, who represent the best and brightest in real estate around the globe,” Hager said. “As chair, my goal is to increase member engagement in our councils and support additional community outreach to increase ULI’s local impact.  In addition, we will work closely with our initiative councils and Young Leaders Group to ensure that ULI Philadelphia provides members with the events and opportunities that are beneficial to them.”
