Israeli Dancing, Potluck Dinner & Shabbat for All April 11

HOPEWELL TWP, NJ. - Everyone's invited to join in the family fun at Har Sinai Temple April 11 during a Shabbat celebration designed for the whole family. Beginning with a 6:30 p.m. potluck dinner at the temple located at 2421 Pennington Rd. at Denow Road West, the night will include a Shabbat service that begins at 7:30 p.m. in honor of the temple Sisterhood and conclude with Israeli dancing led by Philadelphia-based Don Shillinger, who's been teaching and leading dance groups during extensive appearances in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for more than 19 years. With a long list of credits under his Rak-Dan Israeli Dancing banner, Shilling has made appearances at almost every synagogue you can name for events aimed at teens, children, seniors, adults and families. He has taken his Israeli dancing expertise to schools, television, colleges and numerous states beyond the East Coast, where most of his work has been concentrated. You don't have to be a member of Har Sinai to attend and there is no charge or need for reservations. For more information, call the temple at (609) 730-8100.
