Fall Arrives at Wrightstown Farmers Market

Fresh apples and pears are now available.

Fall has arrived to the Wrightstown Farmers Market.

The market, held Saturdays from 9 to 1 p.m. at the Wrightstown Municipal Building parking lot off Second Street Pike, will have a variety of fall flavors this weekend.

According to market organizers, shoppers can expect to find fresh, locally-grown apples and pears. Solebury Orchards will be selling applesauce, cider donuts, apple juice and freshly-pressed apple cider.

If you like peaches, it will likely be the last week you can find them at the market, organizers say.

The market offers a variety of fruits and vegetables from area farmers, plus hormone and anti-biotic free meats, free range eggs, cheeses, artisan breads, fresh cut flowers and more.
