Newtown resident Sue Bannon won the 2013 Mercedes Benz that was raffled off by Pickering Manor.
The raffle was held to kick off Pickering Manor's 50th anniversary. The raffle for the car, a 2013 Mercedes Benz C300 4MATIC Sport, was being done to raise money to renovate the facility's personal care rooms. Raffle tickets were $100 and just 800 were sold.
The drawing was held January 25 at Pickering Manor.
Pickering Manor is a 501c3 corporation and all contributions are tax deductible. The raffle car was supplied by Mercedes-Benz of Princeton.
