Why go: There will be furniture, collectibles, household items, clothing, sporting equipment, toys, tools, fabrics and much more for sale.

Brownie Bake Sale for Sandy Victims

Where/when: Sunday 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Five Below and noon to 4 p.m. at the State Store in Newtown.

Why go: Brownie Troop 2649 will be holding a bake sale for the Hurricane Sandy victims. All proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross.

Food Drive for Local Pantries

Where/when: 119 Fairhill Dr, Churchville, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, all day

Why go: Two local food pantries - The Bucks County Housing Group and Jesus Focus Ministry - are in desperate need of food and toiletries, including salt, sugar, flour, tooth paste, shampoo, pain medication, diapers, baby food, canned veggies, bread, tuna, dry milk, coffee, tea, rice, beans cereal, chunky soups, peanut butter, jelly, mac and cheese, pancake mix, hot chocolate, spaghetti sauce, apple sauce, etc. If you can help, contact Lynne Kelleher at 215-860-3229 or Lynne@LynneKelleher.com to arrange for pick up.

Northampton Township Lions Vendor Fair & Flea Market

Where/when: Maureen M. Welch Elementary School, Saturday, 7 a.m.
Why go: Support a local Lions Club by purchasing new and used items from a variety of vendors.

Where/when: Scottsville United Methodist Church 2400 Brownsville Rd, Langhorne, Saturday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Why go: This event will feature homemade crafts, lunch, flea market items, children’s craft room, and visit from Santa.
Cost: Free

Veterans Day at Moland House

Where/when: 1641 Old York Rd, Hartsville, Sunday, 1 to 4 p.m.

Why go: Take a free tour of the house and learn of when the Continental Army was camped at the site for 13 days in August of 1777 and how the Marquis de Lafayette and Count Pulaski first joined the American Revolution at this location.
