Act Out An Underwater Adventure in Upcoming Parks and Rec Camp

Do you have a budding little actor or actress? Or maybe a child who fantasizes about underwater adventures?

Then Newtown Township Parks and Rec's Little Mermaid Musical Theater might be the perfect recipe for fun this summer.

Little Mermaid Musical Theater is for children ages 6 and older. Kids will perform Hans Christian Andersen's "The Little Mermaid."

The five-day program features singing, acting, and dancing. Children will learn how to use creative expression and imagination as they work to make an undersea adventure come to life.

And parents will get a chance to witness what their children learned during the week. Parents will be invited to see the show video at the end of the session.

Little Mermaid Musical Theater will be held Monday, July 11 to Friday, July 15 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Auditorium.

The instructor is Lori Steel Naglack.
