Community Zumba Day is Wednesday at the NAC

The event is a warm up for the Kass Martin Zumba Charity event on Feb. 8, which will raise money for Augie's Quest and ALS Research.

Want to try Zumba? You'll have a chance to do it for free Wednesday at the Newtown Athletic Club.

The club is inviting the public to try out the newest fitness craze. That day only, the NAC will open its doors to the community for free Zumba classes.

Before and after every class there will be complimentary refreshments in the NAC Adult Lounge. All classes are available and appropriate for all levels of fitness.
