Crafts in the Meadow Set for Oct. 22 and 23

What's better than a fall afternoon outdoors perusing crafts and listening to music?

There will be items for sale, demonstrations, live music, children's activities, food and more. The event will be held at the historic Victorian barn at Tyler State Park, (the former headquarters of the Pennsylvania Guild of Craftsmen). Enter the park off Richboro Road in Northampton to access the event.
Crafts in the Meadow will be held Saturday, Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday Oct. 23 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Adult admission is $6; children under 12 are free.

"We're delighted to once again provide two fun-filled days of family festivities, including fine arts and crafts exhibitors, live entertainment, interactive children's activities, demonstrations, local vendors and delicious foods," said Tyler Park Center for the Arts Director Jennifer Miller.
Crafts in the Meadow will feature blacksmith Thomas Turtso, wood turner Michael Kehs, pottery demonstrations with Jennifer Miller and many more artists and craftsmen.
The interactive children's area will feature fall-themed craft projects, including the creation of giant pottery pumpkins. Children’s sculptures created by students will be displayed.
Live music will be performed throughout the day. The headliner will be John Danaher and The Quiet Men. Other performers include Jim Arkus, Dave Bond and Real Country, Christian Roebling, Matt Simon and The Good, Fiddle Sticks and Graham Craig and others.
