Looking for something fun to do this weekend? Here are a few options in the area.

 

It’s the last weekend before Thanksgiving, so let’s make the most of it before our schedules get jammed up with decorating and shopping. Here are some options:

When/where: Saturday, 2 p.m. at , Main St. Doylestown

Why go: 15-year-old author Olivia Derro Braccio will be signing The Adventures Bob and Reggie: Book One, the first in a series of books about two friends and their escapades in their neighborhood and beyond.

When/where: Friday, 6:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at , Warminster

Why go: More than 150 crafters displaying wares, plus refreshments will be available.

Where/when: Friday, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.,

Why go:  Students in grades 6 through 8 can hang out and have a great time

Cost: $10

When/where: Sunday from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Hatboro on York Road between Newington Drive and Summit Avenue

Why go: Well, , but if that’s not enough, there will be about 100 entries from fire trucks to marching bands to car clubs, all strutting their stuff and handing out goodies. Oh, and Santa and Mrs. Claus will finish up the parade, collecting letters for the North Pole.

Why go: You will find over 20 unique crafters at this Holiday Craft show held in the 18th Century Framhouse. Crafts include candles, seasonal decorations and much more

Cost: Free

Where/when: Saturday at 2 p.m. (junior & intermediate divisions) and 8 p.m. (advanced division) at Neshaminy Maple Point Middle School in Middletown Township

Why go:  See the future of classical and symphonic band music!

Cost: $12, $6 for students and seniors
