Local Dancers to Perform Two-Act Ballet at BCCC This Weekend

The production opens with "Dances of Unity," a tribute to the former South African President Nelson Mandela. Act II features "Madeline's Worldly Adventures."

The Pennsylvania School of Performing Arts and Spirit In Motion Ballet Theater will join together this weekend for a special two-act production at Bucks County Community College.

The production opens with “Dances of Unity,” a tribute to the former South African President Nelson Mandela.  “This montage of movement, inspired by Mandela’s legacy, will illustrate the hardships he overcame, the trail that he blazed and show how one man’s dream can change the world,” organizers said in an announcement on Patch.

Act II features "Madeline's Worldly Adventures," the tale of a young girl and her friends.
