Newtown Musician Rocks Out with Beatles Tribute Band (Video)

The Beat Tells make their live debut at the Hard Rock Cafe in Philadelphia Friday night.

The British Invasion is alive and well in Bucks County.

Led by Newtown resident Mark McCloskey as John Lennon, the Beat Tells pay tribute to the original Fab Four when they hit the stage of the Hard Rock Café in Philadelphia on Friday at 8 p.m.

McCloskey and the rest of the band, including John Lattimore as George, Bob Fitch as Paul and Jimmy Cuorato as Ringo, met two years ago after McCloskey started his search for fellow musicians interested in forming a Beatles tribute band.
