Need some ideas for healthy dishes this holiday season?
Chef Sara Glassman will be at Organnons Natural Market this week to teach a class on healthy holiday cooking. The class will be held Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at Organnons, which is located in Carousel Village off Route 413.
Glassman, the founder of Vine Dining, is a caterer and cooking class instructor. She will be demonstrating how to make vegetarian dishes, including gluten-free recipes.
The cost to attend is $30. The fee includes copies of all recipes, a complimentary gift, a discount to Organnons and samples of the dinner.
