Preparation for Annual Renaissance Faire Begins

The first rehearsal for the 2011 Village Renaissance Faire was Sunday at the Village Library in Wrightstown. The annual faire will be held Sept. 17 and 18.

Preparations are underway for the 12th annual Village Renaissance Faire, which this year will be held 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sept. 17 and 18 at the Middletown Grange Fairgrounds.

The first rehersal for the event was held Sunday at the Village Library of Wrightstown.

The Village Renaissance Faire is a recreation of a 12th through 16th century village named Penn's Park. Proceeds benefit the Village Library.
