BAND FESTIVAL
What: The Region VI Band Festival for the Pennsylvania Music Association will feature some of the best high school musicians in the area.
When/where: 2 p.m. Saturday at Council Rock North
Cost: $5, tickets available at the door
TAVERN NIGHT
What: Newtown Historic Association's annual Tavern Night will feature music, dancing and games, along with delicious food and 18th Century ales.
When/where: 7 p.m. Saturday at the Half Moon Inn, Court St. and Center Ave.
