Well, we are almost 2 weeks into the month of August. How fast is this summer going? It’s crazy. Well, if you’re a Newtown, PA resident — and you are on the fence about selling your home — I have good news for you AGAIN! The month of July 2013 was another strong month for the Newtown Township / Newtown Borough housing market. And this is great news for both sellers AND buyers. July 2013 Bucks County Real Estate Market Statistics for Newtown Township
1. There were 36 units listed in Newtown Township in July 2013.
2. The average listing price in Newtown Township in the $150,000 to $750,000 range was $328,415.
