Beneficial Bank, Township Agree on Sycamore St. Location
Beneficial Bank will construct a branch at Sycamore Street and Richboro Road at the site of the former Stockburger dealership.
Newtown Township and Beneficial Bank have negotiated an agreement for the construction of a Sycamore Street branch.

The new plan will rotate the building toward Sycamore Street instead of the original proposal's positioning facing Richboro Road, Supervisors Chairman Mike Gallagher said. Additionally, a drive through lane has been eliminated and some parking spots have been reconfigured.
The plan will now head to the township's Zoning Hearing Board for signage variances.
