Capelli Shop Throws Second Anniversary Party

threw a second anniversary party Saturday to mark two years in Newtown.
The afternoon featured gelato, refreshments by Palate, art, and raffles. Plus, it was a fundraiser for the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Carson Scholars Fund. The nonprofit organization provides college scholarships for deserving Bucks County students in fourth grade and up.
