Chef Justin Kaplan, owner of Palate, will be featuring pork meatballs with The Tubby Olive Maple Balsamic and mustard glaze, as well as Phyllo cups with pear, cranberry, and walnuts with The Tubby Olive Cinnamon Pear Balsamic.  For Chef Justin, fine dining is an evolving art.
