Free Zumba Classes For All At the NAC On Jan. 22

The event is a warm up for the Kass Martin Zumba Charity event on Feb. 8, which will raise money for Augie's Quest and ALS Research.

Have you heard about Zumba but haven’t had the chance to try it out yet?

On Jan. 22, the public can try out the newest fitness craze at the Newtown Athletic Club.  That day only, the NAC will open its doors to the community for free Zumba classes.

Before and after every class there will be complimentary refreshments in the NAC Adult Lounge. All classes are available and appropriate for all levels of fitness.  Guests must live within a 10-mile radius of the NAC and must be at least 24 years of age. If you plan to attend, arrive 15 minutes early to check-in at membership services with a current driver’s license.
