Keith Piuma, formerly of the popular Café Antonio in Morrisville, will take the reigns in the Green Parrot's kitchen.

As it rings in its fifth anniversary, the Green Parrot Restaurant has brought in a new chef.

Restaurant management announced this week that Keith Piuma, formerly of the popular Café Antonio in Morrisville, will take the reigns in the Green Parrot’s kitchen. According to media reports, Cafe Antonio is a favorite of N.J. With the addition of Piuma comes an expanded menu. Additions include buffalo shrimp, Irish nachos, seafood bruschetta, lamb burgers, bangers and mash, rack of lamb and braised short rib ravioli, according to an announcement from the restaurant.
