Local Energy Supplier Selected to Partner With County Business Group

New America Power and the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation have developed an exclusive partnership.

A local energy supplier has been chosen by the Bucks County Economic Development Corporation to be an exclusive partner in offering electric supply and energy efficiency solutions to Bucks County businesses. 

Lonnie Barish of New America Power in Newtown said BCEDC chose his company for a partnership that offers electricity supply, renewable energy and energy efficiency lighting and mechanical solutions.

According to its website, BCEDC offers a wide array of financial services, site selection assistance, and other programs to promote and enhance the growth of our county's business and industrial sector.

“Through the exclusive energy supplier partnership, Bucks County businesses are averaging 20 percent savings off their electricity supply compared to their current utility rate,” Barish said.
