MOO Truck Mooves to Ottsville

The popular food truck that parked at Carousel Village will now operate a permanent location in Ottsville.

MOO, the food truck based out of Carousel Village, has mooved on.

The truck, operated by Evan Asoudegan, was a popular area spot for burgers, fries and salads made from local ingredients. Due to its success, owner Asoudegan has decided to open a permanent location in Upper Bucks County.

The new MOO is located 4010 Durham Road/Route 412 in Ottsville. It opened last week.

“Ninety percent of everything is local and organic,” Asoudegan said at the time.

Eating local was a cornerstone philosophy in Asoudegan’s upbringing. “It’s pretty much how I was raised,” he said.

The menu includes the “MOO Burger,” made from local beef, pickles (Asoudegan makes his own), onion and the “MOO goo” special sauce.

There is also the Moink -- the MOO burger with bacon.

According to blog Bucks County Taste, the MOO restaurant has 46 seats and will serve take out or eat in.
