NAC Holds Job Fair to Fill Summer Positions
Job opportunities at the NAC include: servers, bussers, line cooks, counter staff and bartenders for the on-site restaurant, as well as lifeguards, maintenance and check-in staff.
The Newtown Athletic Club is holding a Job Fair this Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. for those interested in working at the club as it expands its facilities.
The club is in the middle of constructing a resort-style outdoor pool complex and restaurant with bar. The outdoor pool is slated to open by Memorial Day weekend.
"A healthy by-product of this expansion is the opportunity for employment for our local residents, especially our youth," said NAC Public Relations Director Linda Mitchell.
