NAC Outdoor Pool on Track for May Opening
NAC owner JIm Worthington said the pool will open the week before Memorial Day.
The new outdoor pool at the Newtown Athletic Club is on schedule for a May grand opening, club owner Jim Worthington said.
The resort-style pool complex will be unveiled the week before Memorial Day.
According to Worthington, the club is close to selling out of memberships. He estimated that as of the end of January, there are likely about 100 memberships available before a waiting list begins.

There are no summer-only memberships; members pay a monthly fee for a year-round membership which includes access to the pool as well as the fitness center.
The 18-acre resort-style pool complex will have features like sprays, slides and a lazy river. There will also be an adult pool and lounge area complete with a bar and restaurant.
