Newtown's Goodnoe Farm Opens Kiosk in Doylestown

Newtown-based Goodnoe Farm has opened a kiosk in Doylestown.

The signs were up in Doylestown late last week on both the main and rear entrances to the Main Street Marketplace: Newtown-based Goodnoe Farm has opened a kiosk inside.

The popular 57-year-old ice creamery—they have over 4,000 likes on their Facebook page—has a small nook to serve up sweet treats to shoppers near the rear entrance behind Pennsylvania Soup & Seafood.

It’ll be open from noon to 9:00. Don’t expect it to be there all the time, though. According to their timeline and Twitter, it is to be a seasonal store, and while they were serving on Saturday, a sign indicates Wednesday is the next time they'll be open.

This also isn’t the only place in town to get their ice cream. Gross’ Gourmet Foods also offers Goodnoe ice cream for sale and is merely among a number of places in Pennsylvania and New Jersey that do so.

This adds to the number of options in town for those wanting to support Bucks County-made ice creams: Nuts Plus carries Tanner’s; Taste of Philly serves their own Sweet Pea; and Nonno’s offers up ice cream by Uncle Dave’s.
