The Fresh Works Replacing Lee's Hoagie House

This will be the 10th location for The Fresh Works, which will be located in the space formerly occupied by Lee's Hoagie House.

The Fresh Works is coming to Newtown.

The sandwich shop, which has a location in Richboro, will open its 10th store in the Village at Newtown Shopping Center. The Fresh Works will be located in the space formerly occupied by Lee's Hoagie House, which closed earlier this month after 24 years in business.

Fresh Works has nine existing locations, including in Levittown, Warminster and Philadelphia.

Northampton Township resident Mike Mayberry operates the Richboro location and will be opening the Newtown shop. He said The Fresh Works offers a variety of steaks, hoagies, wraps and salads.

"We are known for our great value lunch specials and our fantastic baguette style hoagie rolls we bake daily in store," Mayberry said.
