"I had heard good things about the Temperance House and decided to check it out for my wife's birthday. The service was very good. The menu had a nice variety of options for all palates. We both started with an appetizer. I had the flash-fired calamari and my wife had the crab bisque, then we both moved on to the Caesar salad. For the main course I had the pork tenderloin with the apple risoto (which was excellent) and my wife had the crab cakes with the mushroom risoto (also excellent). We finished by sharing a blondie brownie with vanilla ice cream and coffees. Overall I really enjoyed this place and will definitely be going back in the future."
