Welcome Day, Newtown's annual street fair, has been scheduled for May 5, 2013.
The event, held on Sycamore Street, features vendors, giveaways, food, entertainment, kids activities and more. It is sponsored by the Newtown Business Association.
Festivities begin at 11 a.m. and go until 4 p.m.
