What Crops to Expect at This Weekend's Farmers' Market

Peppers, eggplant, tomatoes, okra, cabbage, cucumbers, green beans, zucchini, lettuce and summer squash are just some of the produce you can expect to find this Saturday at the Wrightstown Farmers' Market.

The Wrightstown Farmers’ Market, located on Second Street Pike next to the Wrightstown Township Municipal Building, is open today from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Robin Hoy, market manager, shared with us what shoppers can expect to buy fresh from the market this weekend.

“This week we expect freshly picked sweet corn, sweet peppers, eggplant, field grown tomatoes, okra, cabbages, cucumbers, green beans, zucchini, lettuces, summer squash, fennel, carrots, red beets, celery, scallions, Swiss chard, dandelion greens, radishes, blueberries, blackberries and peaches,” Hoy said.
