'Where's Waldo' Scavenger Hunt Kicks off Tuesday in Newtown

The Newtown Bookshop is organizing a "Where's Waldo" Scavenger Hunt throughout Newtown during the month of July.

The Newtown Bookshop is again organizing a “Where’s Waldo” Scavenger Hunt during the month of July. Twenty local businesses are participating in the hunt, which goes through July 28.

Here's how it works: each participating business will hide a Waldo in their establishment. Hunt participants should find it at each location to get their passport signed.

The first 100 players who get 10 of the 20 businesses will receive a pin from the Newtown Bookshop. Children who get 16 of the 20 businesses can enter into a raffle for prizes to be awarded at the Waldo celebration, to be held July 28 at 7 p.m. at the Newtown Bookshop.
