Bucks County Lawyer Hillary Moonay Speaks on Social Media and Its Affect on Family Law Matters

Bucks County family law attorney Hillary J. Moonay will present “How to Handle a Client’s Use of Social Media” at the Philadelphia Bar Institute’s 2014 Technology Institute on June 11 in Philadelphia. The program will address the many issues that arise during litigation as a result of the vast use of social media.  Among the topics are what lawyers should tell clients about the use of social media during litigation proceedings; the risks of clients continuing to use social media against their attorney’s advice; and how social media can be used to discover information about the opposing party as part of the litigation process.
