1. The excessive heat will cease today. Temperatures are expected to be in the high 70s, with party cloudy skies.

2. classes of 2011 and 2012 will play their Powder Puff game today at 3 p.m. at the school's stadium.

3.  The Council Rock North and South Jazz Bands will perform this evening at the Northampton Amphitheatre, 345 Newtown Richboro Rd. The concert starts at 6:30 p.m. It is free and open to the public.
